My name is Isabel Pichardo and I am from Vista, California. My main practice is photography based but I tend to use multiple forms to create a single concept. My last work was Felt Me (2019), a stop motion video about my hair and my identity. You can read more about it on my home page. My work always has themes of identity and society. Being a Latine creator I find that my identity falls in between two worlds that merge and collide in different ways. My work has allowed me to find these differences and embrace them further. My home page has all the main works that I have completed. You can find the statements linked to each piece and if you have questions feel free to email me. Thank you.
